A Metropolitan Grand Lodge database has been set up and is held by the Metropolitan Grand Secretary. The information contained includes the name, address, contact details, Lodge number(s), date of birth, dates of initiation, passing and raising and offices held by each member. The database is accessed and used solely by the Metropolitan Grand Secretary and/or those nominated by him in connection with Metropolitan Masonic Business and a similar database is held by the Lodge Secretary. Should any Brother object to the above details being held on the database he should immediately contact the Lodge Secretary.
