First Artificer Lodge No 3774.

Welcome to our Masonic website – the purpose of First Artificer Lodge website is to give an insight into our Lodge.   We meet  regularly in London four times each year for masonic meetings at Mark Mason’s Hall, 86 St James’s St, St. James’s, London SW1A 1PL.

We welcome enquiries from men (over 21 years) who wish to express an interest in Freemasonry and welcome those looking to join a Freemasons Lodges in London.

First Artificer Lodge is a vibrant Lodge with members from all walks of life who enjoy each other’s companionship – both in and out of the Lodge. For over hundred years we have extended a friendly hand and welcomed many Freemasons from other Lodges not just in the UK but from around the World.
Freemasonry is the world’s oldest Fraternal organisation which exists in many countries with millions of members worldwide.

Freemasonry is about sharing a common desire for social relationships, and charitable giving.   It is a male-only society, focused on following the three core principles and improving oneself and others. Our society is open to men of any race, religion, political belief and status.

One of the most common misconceptions about Freemasonry – and there are many of them – is that you have to be invited to join. There is absolutely no reason why you should not ask to join – in fact that is the correct procedure.

Lodge Meeting Dates

First Artificer Lodge meets four times  a year: 4th Friday in September (installation); 1st Monday in November; 3rd Monday in February and 4th Monday in April (elections) at 86 St James’s St, St. James’s, London SW1A 1PL.

This support has allowed the programme to reach six schools and engage over 350 young people this academic year, many of whom may not otherwise have had access to high-quality theatre provision.
